The next challenge was to work out how we could collate this data without leaving myself and Mark a huge amount of work! It appears that for January it’s going to be a bit of a task but once we have this month out of the way it should become easier. You will find below myself and Marks cumulative score of 89 species (108 pts) which is still less than some peoples patches!!!
If everyone who has seen any species not on our list could you please email/tweet/facebook us your additional species. We will then add a complete patchwork list to the blog and as from February you will find a couple extra boxes where you submit your scores on the blog. One box will ask for your best finds/highlight birds for the month and the other will be for new birds to the cumulative list.
I hope this is clear enough and hopefully we break the 400 species barrier this year :-)
